Wedding Planning...

Who knew the strict timeline of planning a wedding? .. I once heard that you need not just plan a wedding but plan a marriage- I deeply value that piece of advice and have realized even in this short beginning of our engagement period how important it is to stay focused on what we are really doing! These are only the beginning of the mutual decisions that we will be making together, and what is most important is each other- when all is said and done, I know I will still have my best friend who I will be seal to for eternity in just a couple months! .... Im going to hit up the pool with my siblings right now, but more updates and ponderings to come. Oh, keep watchin that countdown! He has about 11 more-

Countdown to his return!

So, it is hard to have my fiance bomb me with the question and then leave back to Kansas! Yet, I know he is working hard to finish up his job and contract out there - it is actually very impressive how dedicated he is to his commitments! Alas, I'm still counting down the sales till he comes home. I'll start on on here- He has 29 more until he can come back - So watch the ticker below.. Will update it as he knocks em down!

We are ENGAGED!!!

Jason and I have been acquainted for more than a year now (albeit, it has strangely felt like much longer even from day one). This is not the beginning of our adventures but it tis true- we are soon to be wed!!! Commencement of the life of Jason and Kandice Olson is in the planning stages... but here here, let's not get ahead of ourselves- When did that ring of immense symbolism and commitment get planted on my finger!?

Let me take you back to Saturday July 30- a night that seemed to me to be only a date with my family to the Hale Theater in Grover, Utah... I'll let the video tell the rest!
